How TGIMC collects and uses participant information.
Information Collected
TGIMC collects information submitted during ticket purchase and onboarding, including name, email, phone number, city, selected category, market role, payment identifiers, and verification documents submitted later by the participant.
Use of Information
Information is used to process entry passes, communicate onboarding steps, verify participation, operate rankings, provide support, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal or compliance obligations.
Payment Data
Payments are processed by Razorpay. TGIMC stores order and payment identifiers but does not store full card, UPI, net banking, wallet, or other sensitive payment credentials.
Analytics
TGIMC records basic product analytics such as CTA clicks, form starts, checkout opens, payment status, selected categories, page paths, and anonymous session identifiers to improve conversion and operations.
Data Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers required for payments, email, hosting, analytics, verification, legal compliance, or championship operations. TGIMC does not sell participant personal information.
