Commercial and platform terms for TGIMC entry-pass purchases.
Nature of TGIMC
TGIMC is a championship, verification, ranking, and recognition platform for Indian market participants. TGIMC does not provide investment advice, execute trades, manage portfolios, hold participant funds, or offer copy trading.
Entry Pass
The entry pass reserves a founding participant slot and enables onboarding, communication, and future verification steps. Both Equity and F&O Track participation cost Rs. 5,000. Equity requires Rs. 5 lakh starting capital; F&O requires Rs. 10 lakh starting capital. Access to rankings, public recognition, and track placement depends on successful completion of eligibility and verification requirements.
Early Access (Founding Entry)
Early Access to Season One costs Rs. 2,500 until Monday 12 October 2026, 4:00 PM IST, and Rs. 5,000 after that. Prices include GST and there are no other fees. Until that time you can pay in full, or reserve with a Rs. 500 deposit and pay the Rs. 2,000 balance at launch, when registrations open for everyone; your track is chosen then. After it, Early Access is paid in full only. Founding Entries are numbered in the order payment is confirmed, and the number appears on the member's card; the first 100 (including earlier Season One ticket holders) form the First 100 and are the Founding Cohort (card "Founding Cohort #07"), and later entries are regular Season One entries in the Season One Cohort (card "Season One Cohort #134"). One Founding Entry is allowed per person. If the balance is not paid by the time registrations close, the founding price lapses and the Rs. 500 deposit is refunded in full. If Season One does not run, everything you paid is refunded in full. The GST invoice is issued by Razorpay.
Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own trades, investment decisions, account activity, brokerage costs, taxes, and any market losses. Participation does not create an advisory, fiduciary, broker, exchange, or portfolio-management relationship with TGIMC.
Changes to Format
TGIMC may update tracks, timelines, verification standards, ranking methodology, onboarding steps, and publication criteria to comply with operational, legal, or regulatory requirements.
No Guaranteed Outcome
TGIMC does not guarantee winnings, returns, prizes, rankings, media coverage, investor introductions, employment opportunities, or commercial outcomes from participation.
