Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund and cancellation standards for TGIMC entry passes.
Cancellation Window
Participants may request cancellation before onboarding or verification begins. Once onboarding, access, review, or verification work has begun, refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on the operational stage.
Duplicate or Failed Payments
Duplicate debits, failed-payment captures, or payment gateway errors will be reviewed against Razorpay settlement records and refunded where confirmed.
Disqualification
No refund is guaranteed for participants disqualified due to false information, misconduct, forged documents, manipulation, abuse, or breach of rules.
How to Request
Refund or cancellation requests should be sent to support@indiainvestingchampionship.in with the ticket/order ID, payment ID, registered email, and reason for the request.
Processing Timelines
Approved refunds are normally initiated through the original payment method. Bank, card, UPI, and Razorpay processing timelines may vary.
